- Contact and booking forms — name, email, phone, and anything you write in your message when you request a discovery session or contact us.
- Guide downloads — name and email when you request a free guide from our library.
- Workshop and event registrations — name, email, and phone when you register for a workshop, webinar, or live show.

- Text messaging — if you opt in, the mobile number you provide.
We use this information to respond to you, deliver what you asked for (guides, workshop access, newsletters), schedule appointments, and follow up about our services. Workshop and guide requests receive related follow-up emails; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).
- Advertising — we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel so we can measure our advertising and show relevant messages to people who have visited our site.
- Campaign tags — when you arrive from one of our links, we may record which campaign brought you here, and note events such as tapping a phone number to call us.
- Live chat — our chat widget is provided by Tawk.to; conversations you have there are processed by that service.
- Embedded media — pages embed videos and audio from YouTube and Buzzsprout; those services may set their own cookies when you play content.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the site and our business — website hosting (GoDaddy, Cloudflare), Google Workspace and Google Sheets (email and lead management), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta), chat (Tawk.to), scheduling and funnels (ClickFunnels), automation (Zapier), link shortening (Bitly), and media hosting (YouTube, Buzzsprout). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we may send appointment reminders and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law or regulation), by contacting us below.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by insurance and financial-services record-keeping rules. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
