For our Maricopa County clients on an Aetna Medicare Advantage HMO plan
A message from Ian Schaeffer, Chief Operating Officer
Forty seconds on what we learned from Aetna, and how to request your October appointment.
A source from Aetna has let us know that its Medicare Advantage HMO plans in Maricopa County will not be offered next year. You may have already received your Annual Notice of Change from Aetna letting you know this. Nothing is official until the 2027 plans are released on October 1. However, we are confident enough that this is going to happen that we want to get ahead of it and get you taken care of. Your current plan stays in force through December 31. Because you already checked in, we have what we need to find you a new plan for next year the day the 2027 plans are released.
One thing to do: request your October appointment. Use the Request my appointment link in your email, or the button below. Client care will call you to set a time, and you leave that appointment enrolled in the plan you choose. No need to phone the office.
Leave your name and the best number to reach you, and client care will call you back to set a time in October. We will call you. No need to phone the office.
