SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., September 2026. American Retirement Advisors will host a no-cost Annual Enrollment Workshop on Friday, October 2, 2026, at two Valley libraries: the Foothills Library in Glendale at 10:30 a.m., and the Mustang Library Auditorium in Scottsdale at 2:30 p.m. Each session runs 60 minutes plus a question and answer period, with doors opening 30 minutes early. The workshop is part of Annual Enrollment Made 123Easy, an educational program of American Retirement Advisors.
The sessions are built around what people actually need this fall: a clear look at what changes on January 1, and time with the tools used to sort through it. Presenters will walk through the redesigned Medicare.gov on the big screen, page by page, so attendees can watch how the site works today rather than hear it described secondhand. The rest of the hour covers the Annual Enrollment Period itself, the dates that matter, and how to compare options with more confidence. Each session closes with a question and answer period.
"We wanted people to see the new Medicare.gov with their own eyes instead of hearing about it secondhand," said David Schaeffer, principal advisor of American Retirement Advisors, licensed in all 50 states, and a Certified Medicare Planner®. "Walking through it together, page by page, tends to answer more questions than any handout we could hand someone."
